If you happened to view thru my blog for the past few weeks and found no update since 21st of dec…. I must thank you for the ‘anxious-ness’ of reading my blog. Hm… here comes my update. As what I wrote in the blog earlier, I was on holiday from 23rd to 30th Dec 2006.
When I came back to work on the 3rd of Jan 2007, I was so buzy on my work load which had been pilled up before I got off for my holiday. That’s only 1 thing, aside from that I need to prepare for my travel arrangement to SGP business trip for new project implementation. That would take me 2 weeks there so I need to do some shopping, prepare for money and hotel arrangements.
Travel arrangement will be made by our secretary but then again, I need to prepare some money for my own shopping and of course, meeting up with my friends in SGP too.
Travelling is always a happy thing to do as we are stepping on a strange land; no one knows about you. You can kiss your boy fren in the train and no body will even look at you. That’s one thing, and the best thing is that…. No one actually cares if you are LATE to work. Yes, no body cares as long as you don’t come in after lunch lor!
I am now staying in Raffles Plaza. One of the top hotel in SGP, standard rate for a deluxe room is SGD 265…. With my currently RM salary, I can only stay there for less than a week. :D Poor thing, I am so so so so bloody poor ler! 2 weeks stay in that hotel cost me about SGD 3000. Haha, a lot neh…. but no worry, all cost is beared by my company. Ar boh what does it mean by COMPANY TRIP ler??
The hotel room is big, nice and most significantly is very clean. I have iron and iron board, so I need not to worry about wrinkled shirt. I came here with 1 trolley bag, 8kg 2 pairs of shoes inside. My sis assigned me a mission to get her a trolley bag from her friend in SGP. AT first I thought the bag is supposed to be empty, and guess what??? The bag came with 10 pairs of shoes inside. There are 3 pairs of sneaker – 2 Adidas and I Nike; 2 pairs of Nine West wedges. (Do you guys know how much does it cost for a pair of NINE WEST?? Its up to SGD 300 ler! Buying from US might be cheaper. My sis is so bloody rich!) I will upload the photos once i got back in Penang.
Oh yes, its now great sale in SGP, Espirit, U2 all up to 50% off. Ok, forget abou conversion when you wan to shop ok? Even if I convert, it is still cheaper, SGD13 for a U2 pants,; Khaki and jeans. What say you? You can’t get that price in Penang. Trust me! Espirit, range from 19 to 39, sounds reasonable to me. I bought 2 bras from Pierre Cardin, at SGD 29.80. I bought 1 Triumph bra in KL at RM 59.90!!! Who said shopping in SGP cost you more?? I should come again in June for the Mega Sales!
