Resign season??

Here comes another friend from our group is leaving again. *sigh... how come? how come?? It seems like the season is coming now. People is leaving from our organization. I will not say my company is a bad place to work with. Then again if you expect a big room for you to jump up thru ladder then this might not be your top choice.

The ladder is there for you to climb but too bad.... too many old folks here waiting for retirement. So you just need to wait, but how long can you wait??
