KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) cracked the whip at the stroke of midnight yesterday, enforcing the law on the usage of rear seat belt which came into force.
The department issued 242 summonses to drivers whose passengers did not buckle up at 28 locations nationwide.

I have no issue putting on my seat belt; I have only few questiona to ask....
- Why I need to pay summon when the police dont even care about their seat belts when they drive?
- And who are they to arrest us when you yourself dont follow the rules from your own department??
- Why enforcement only to the people, not including the police who had the right to arrest the people???
- Why the summon only issued to the people, why not include police????
- Why police can park their car illegally, blocking the road but get no summon just because their couterparts knew its a police car by looking at the car sticker?????
- Why our bloody police is so unfair?????
Too many why(s) now.... just my own opinion, you can say you dont agree to me.
