Egg pudding with Milo flavoured

Here I want to share my 1st egg pudding .... I always eat what my mom cook but I nvr tried to do it my own. And this week she is away to KL and thus I am trying it out for the first time. :D

To produce this pudding, you need a steamer. I dont have the high class cook ware but this is the one my mom using all the while for the past 20 years. (I guess it should be around that old) Then again, my mom takes very good care on her cook ware and you can see it still look very new.

Ingredients - eggs unforzen - if you take the egg from the fridge, allow the egg to have the defrost time.

Milo with sugar and milk to add flavour to the pudding.

Stir the egg

Mixed with milo and milk - I cant tell the portion, as my mom told me to AGAK AGAK so I do it 1 to 1 ratio. Means 5 eggs = 250ml and I make a cup of milo 250ml with sugar and milk and mized them together.

If you are worry about too sweet or not sweet enough, taste it and add additional milk for your preference. I didnt add water as the milo I added is already 250ml, too much water will make the pudding too watery and not so nice to eat.

My photo with the steamer before I start to steam the pudding ... :P

On the fire to medium mode and wait until it boiled. Once boiled, turn the fire to low and let it steam for 120 mins

This is how it looks like when it is cooked.

Milo egg pudding :)

Perhaps I should have added more Milo to make it looks like chocolate pudding. It tasted OKOK as it was not sweet enough and too much water added made it too watery and too soft.
It looks like the TAU HUA and thanks to my white mouse - Mr Cheng helping me to finish it all. He said its nice to eat. Hehe.... I shall do it again this weekend to try again with more milo and milk.
