EPF deduction to 8%

As we all may have already know this... that some one who is so damn smart suggested this to reduced to minimum deduction - 8% and if you do not want to reduced your epf deduction, you need to submit a REQUEST to epf.

I had check with HR payroll and they told me dont do anything until HR announce anything. As they are still in the process of checking whether company submit on employee behalf OR we need to submit individually.

Furthemore this is not a final decision as of this moment, they are still debating it in Parliament. So if you want to submit anything on this matter, ask your HR first.
