Ayden's 4th Birthday Party

This post is basically showing off the greatness of having a Japanese Chef at home. And that is my brother Mr Eric Chew. A Sous chef from The Prince Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We are glad to have him helping us for preparing the food - Japanese cuisine, Yakitori, BBQ lamb and chicken.

It was Ayden's advance birthday party on the 13th Nov. To those who dont know who Ayden is, he is my sister's son also my nephew. As his actual birthday is on the 16th Nov but its a weekday so we decided to make it few days earlier so that most people can come to join us.

Thanks to my sis aka the co. chef of the day for making this Laksa a success. Although is not as good as my mom's version but at least she can COOK!!!! So I dont complain the laksa is nice or not as I dont even know how to cook, I have nothing to complain but say Thank you.
