The worst of the worst

This is the outcome from alcohol intake. My body rejecting this agent and giving me a very serious warning to stop consuming it. And I will stop it from now on. So no more happy hours!

The initial infection after 1 day


Rashes infected and my palm were filled with pustules or blisters whatever you called it. This dicease is called palmoplantar pustules - The exact cause of palmoplantar pustulosis is unknown. It appears to be a disorder of the eccrine sweat glands, which are most numerous on palms and soles.

Palmoplantar pustulosis is probably autoimmune in origin ('self allergy'), as there is an association with other autoimmune diseases particularly gluten sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease), thyroid disease and type 2 diabetes.

Palmoplantar pustulosis was previously considered to be a localised form of pustular psoriasis but about 10-20% of patients with palmoplantar pustulosis have psoriasis elsewhere. It is now known that they are distinct conditions with different genetic backgrounds. Genetic factors account for family members having the disease. However, it rarely occurs before adulthood. It is more common in women than men. Palmoplantar pustulosis is much more common in current smokers (and in those that have smoked in the past). It is thought that activated nicotine receptors in the sweat glands cause an inflammatory process. Dermatitis, particularly pompholyx, and tinea pedis (a fungus infection) may appear similar, but require different treatment.

Day 5 - infection continued to worsen and blisters not drying up and keep coming.
The crack is called fissures and its really painful even touching with water. I wash dishes and cup with my right hand ONLY, means other than shower, basically my left hand does not touch any liquid even water. And yes I couldnt even wash my hand with water. And if you noticed, my lips also filled with fissures from time to time and I apply lip gloss all the time. So again, this is not contagious but I was born with this skin disorder.



I covered the open fissures with plaster so that I would not wake up in the middle of the night to scratch them. Each of every blisters is super duper itchy and once I start to scratch them, I just cant stop until I see my palm bleeding.



My palm is now recovering and the skin will get back to human skin very soon. If you think this is very bad, I would just say thanks god psoriasis is not happened in my face or any of my private part! God bless me.
