Sakemi's blog: Peng Khoon's farewell

It was Fri ... this day is Peng Khoon's last day in AMD. I heard a few ppl leaving lately from AMD, a company with very super extreme bloody LOW ... turnover rate since it was established. Not counted in the period when they were having retrenchment, thats doesn't count as turn over to me. They were forced to resign anyway..... :D

Then again in IT, the department i am working with right now had low turnover rate as well. The last batch of ppl leaving from us was 6 to 7 yrs ago i guess. We dont heard anyone leaving after that until now. I guess it is due to bad market demand for IT. So no body wants to leave since they had a stable job here.

We took some photos for PK and we organized a dinner for him. Talked about this dinner, haha thanks to Lawrence's mom. Someone who can cook very well, trust me. No other better steamboat could compare with her tomyam soup. I love it!! The first time i ate in Lawrence house was about a month, then when we were thinking how to made a farewell for PK; i thought of asking Lawrence's mom to help us on this. And the solution is, eating in his house.

We took a few photos and headed to Lawrence house at 8pm. Somehow we were stucked at work and got to solve production issue before we go. So we reached quite late, i was there at 830pm.

They already started when i reached, i told them not to wait also la. See the soup... wowowo... yummy! Even the Flame Steamboat or whatever famous restaurant cant beat this home made tomyam steamboat!
