*sigh.....the first thing, my cube is surrounded by those noisy people. They don’t speak but shout, not only a while but one whole day. Whenever they have discussion, tele-conference, I can hear what they discussed and talked about very clearly.
On my west, there is Production planning group. There are total 14 of them, (one of my friend is in the group that is why i know). On my south, there is a Facility group, same shit! They speak Ops, not speak but shout bloody loud. Then again, the frequency is lower compared to the production planning group. Frankly speaking, i hate them, as if they are at home.
Office environment should be quiet, I don’t mind with a little noise but don’t speak to everyone; only to your listener. For our IT group, we have more female than male. The different is that our group of people don’t speak to each other during office hour. We CHAT online, that is why our group is very quiet and even conference/ phone calls we will try our best to minimize our voice to minimum.
We are using Cisco IP Phone, I can hear the speaker very clearly and i do not need to speak loudly in order to get my listener to hear what i say. Therefore, my voice on the phone is very minimum. They are using the same phone as ours and why they got to shout so loud huh??? Making so much of noise!
I wonder why most of our group wear headphone during working hour. Me now also follow the trend. My intention is to filter out the noise from both production and facility group. Oh...when they are fighting even worst!
Eg: "You told me everything can be done, and this morning ***** sent an email to me telling this can not be done! Why?"
"I don’t care whatever it is i must get minimum 6k shipment by tomorrow. Otherwise you will get a CAR from us!." Remarks: Customer Action Report, issued by customer to supplier/vendor.
"I don’t like this layout, get **** to redraft it and submit it to me by tomorrow!"
Note that all the above is in shout, this is not fighting yet, "talking" only.
Imagine how bad if they are fighting. OMG!!!
