The problem I have here is that every time I eat, the food stucked in my fractured tooth and removing the food is rather difficult and can be painful sometimes. Dr opinion is to maintain the tooth and as a start we do a root canal treatment and then followed by crown.
So Ok lah, lets do it! She gave me some anesthetic jap and start the DRILLING process.
Since my tooth is already decayed and fractured, dentist drills into the pulp chamber and removes the infected pulp and then drills the nerve out of the root canal with long needle-shaped drills. After this is done, the dentist fills each of the root canals and the chamber with an inert material and seals up the opening.
The whole process took me an hour and need to repeat for 2 to 3 times. The next treatment will be removing the tooth root.
And this cost me $700! 2012 is a bankcrupt year for me.
